We are pleased to introduce you to the final version of the Needs research and assessment of the strengths of HR in educational organizations WP3A1 developed under the project Healthy at School. The product is a result of a staff survey in the three partner organizations: Hristo Botev Primary School in Bulgaria, IMS Private School in Cyprus and WSBINOZ in Poland. Its objective is the capacity building of schools to work transnationally and between sectors and also needs research and learning about the strengths of HR in schools.
The final document provides a detailed assessment of the needs and strengths of HR in the mentioned partner educational organizations (through interview assessment among 150 teachers from Bulgaria, Cyprus and Poland). It also includes an analysis of future labor requirements in organizations and gives detailed information on how to create an HR Development Plan for organizations (steps to creating an HR Development plan, additional tips, and other).
Result:
Conducted research, needs assessment, and identification of the strengths of Human Resources (HR) of the 3 partner schools.
