Our specific objectives by developing this document were to provide a tool able to increase the basic skills of trainees and trainers; to improve basic skills as a prerequisite for early school leaving, incl. from vulnerable groups; to strengthen the capacity of the education and educational experts to improve the mental health, physical health and well-being and also to promote social, civic, and intercultural competencies, and intercultural dialogue.

The pilot application of the methodology in the partner schools, among 60 trainers and 120 students from Bulgaria, Poland and Cyprus and the positive feedback received, categorically confirmed the set goals, the high usefulness, applicability and innovation of the tool.
